“I met Jenna when I signed up for her first international yoga retreat. The retreat was a delight and truly a breath of fresh air. I was fairly new to yoga and excited but also nervous. Jenna was welcoming and met me at my skill level, even among a group of fairly experienced yogis. I am not the most devoted of yoga enthusiasts (single parenting, depression, and running a business will do that to you!) but Jenna never judges and always welcomes and encourages me when I drop into a class. Her classes are a gift I am trying to be more vigilant about giving myself. I ALWAYS breathe easier and feel better about myself, my body, and about life, when I finish one of Jenna's classes.”

Class descriptions

FLOW

Flow classes will move you through a creative sequence of yoga poses that smoothly transition from one to the next with the use of steady fluid breathing. Class can be as gentle or advanced as the practitioner chooses.

This class is appropriate for beginner students or regular practitioners looking for a mindful practice.

SLOW FLOW & RESTORE

This is a slower-paced, calming practice designed to build strength and open up the body slowly and mindfully. Class will begin and end with longer holds in restorative poses with the use of props.

This class is appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners looking for some movement and some rest.

Morning Flow

Rise and shine!
This is all-levels class is designed to integrate your breath and movement, wake up your body and stimulate your mind through thoughtful sequencing. Leave energized and ready for the rest of your day.

This class is appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners looking for a mindful practice.

Restorative Yoga

A soft and sweet relaxing class that works like a reset button.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Students are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

This class is appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners looking to rest and relax.

Deep Stretch

This is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. Living in a forward-facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. We begin class with “warm-up” movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Then holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open.

Deep Stretch is a floor-based class that is appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners.
