Private sessions are a great way to help you reach goals and challenge yourself in new ways. Is there is an arm balance you want to learn? Not sure where your feet are supposed to be in Warrior 1(oh and what is Warrior 1?)? Have a sassy hip that you can't control? Privates are a great way to learn how to work with your body so it is not working against you. If you are rehabbing an injury or just not ready to take a public class this is also a great way to begin the yoga practice. Privates are great for beginners and seasoned students.

Sessions can be booked for one on one or for a small group.  Small group sessions are great for friends, roommates, or significant others who would like to workout together. It can be a great way to celebrate your birthday, a bridal shower/bachelorette party or just to get a group of friends together.  Sessions can be done in your home, work or on location in a few studios in the Boston area.

Private/Group sessions can range between $100-$150 per hour depending on location and amount of students.
