Join JoJo Reger and Jenna Hill for a weekend of self-care and renewal. We will escape to the beautiful green mountains of Vermont, staying at Good Commons, a charming, renovated farmhouse nestled in the village of Plymouth, Vermont - a short drive away from the picturesque New England towns of Killington and Woodstock.

We've designed this weekend to allow you to melt into a fully guided and supportive healing space. There will be four yoga classes, one on arrival and departure day and two classes on Saturday- Vinyasa in the morning restorative/meditation in the evening. 

You will have Saturday afternoon free to yourselves to hike, explore, shop, visit the local breweries, take a tour of a cheese factory or just hang out- in the hot tub(did we mention there’s a hot tub?)!! Delicious gourmet meals will be prepared daily by a skilled chef, and all dietary needs will be accommodated.

This workshop encourages an equanimity within your yoga practice by incorporating an extra gentle yoga sequence, a short guided meditation and closing with the sweet release of a restorative practice.

Gentle yoga is for ALL levels! A gentle yoga sequence stretches and opens the body slowly to create space, increase range of motion and ease the body of pain and tension.

Restorative yoga is supported postures that help relieve the effects of stress and a busy mind. With the support of props (such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, chairs), the body enters into a deep state of relaxation to release chronic tension and the mind becomes calm and peaceful.

Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration led by another party. ... Guided meditation can be as short as a few minutes or as long as several hours. Either way, the purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and relieve stress.

This workshop is designed to help you ditch those aches and pains and give you some take home tools to help you free up your upper body.  You will learn to unlock your shoulders, relax and align your neck and find more freedom in your upper back and chest. You will move through postures that will help relieve tension and restrictions in the upper body due to poor posture, repetitive stress injuries or imbalanced work habits.

Tending to the mobility and strength of your muscles and joints invites greater balance into your practice.  By incorporating longer holds, mindful pranayama, warming asana and some powerfully passive yin, you'll strengthen & lengthen your shoulders, chest, neck and back. A flexible body is stronger, more mobile, resilient, spacious & free.

Open your heart: Back Bending workshop with Jenna Hill

Back bending is a specialized practice that focuses on lengthening and opening the spine not only backward and forward, but laterally (sideways). Safe and deep back bending involves the opening of the pelvis, hip flexors, upper back and shoulders.

In this workshop students will be led through a sequence of postures that warm up the body(focus will be on: shoulders, hamstrings, hips, chest and upper back) to help create space in the front body and cultivate awareness around the back of the heart. Then using a creative flow sequence we will move toward deeper back bending postures (i.e. Locust, Camel, Bow, and Bridge and wheel) to invigorate the back followed by seated and supine twists. At the end the students will enjoy a long guided relaxation. 

There will be a strong focus on alignment and advanced options will be given for those with a deeper back bending practice.

This workshop is not for students brand new to yoga, 8-10 classes are recommended.
This is a 2 hour workshop

POST 21-MILER BEND AND CHILL
What's a better way to celebrate the American Liver Foundation 21-miler than with a little yoga! Join me and my friend Jenna, from Jenna Hill Yoga, for an amazing night of yoga, Lincoln Tavern pizzas, and a drink or two. I'll also have some great raffle prizes on hand. So come on out and get bendy on a Monday night!

$25 admission/donation to Run for Research includes yoga class and pizza at Lincoln Tavern.
$30 gets you all of the above and 10 raffle tickets. :)

Class details: (7:00pm-8:00pm) Whether hitting the mat is a regenerative delight or your body needs a little love after your 21-miler, immerse yourself in a chill flow designed to help you open up through your hips, hamstrings, and quadriceps. This class will soothe any post-run aches and pains and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. This is an all levels yoga class, no experience needed.

Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and have an OMbelievable night! NOTE: PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT WITH YOU!

Want to get out of the city for the day?? Do you love your Yoga AND your Vino?

Join Jenna and Kristin at Mill River Winery on Sunday, August 23rd for Yoga followed by a tour and tasting at this beautiful Winery located just north of the city.

There will be a one hour all levels Vinyasa yoga class in the beautiful orchards of the winery from 10:30am-11:30am. After class, you will be given a guided tour of Mill River Winery and a tasting of their delicious wines. Light snacks will also be provided.

Cost is $35 and is limited to 25 people. This event will sell out so sign up now!

Yoga and Cocktails at Bully Boy Distillers

Jenna Hill and Kristin Khederian, both certified Yoga Instructors in Boston, are teaming up to bring you a rockin' Thursday night of yoga and cocktails at Boston's first craft distillery, Bully Boy Distillers!

This special event will include one hour of Vinyasa Yoga in the Bully Boy Distillery followed by a tour, tasting and cocktails of some of the city's best rum, whiskey and vodka.

If there was ever a time to drag that boyfriend (or whiskey drinking friend) who thinks yoga is not their thing, July 23rd is the day!

The yoga class will be co-taught by Jenna and Kristin and is open to all levels (even beginners). This ain't no fancy shamancy studio! Post class, we will be providing you with food and the Bully Boy Staff will help you to rehydrate.

Space is limited to 30 people to make sure to sign up via EventBrite soon! Cost is $30 per person.
