Hey, hi, hello! Join me at Outdoor Voices- Seaport, on Sunday February 17th at 10am for a Yoga Flow & Meditation class. This class will be gently-paced to slowly stretch, strengthen, and energize your body. This style is great for anyone new to yoga, just returning to yoga, or who simply likes a more gentle class that gives plenty of time to connect to the body!

At the end of class you will be led into a relaxing guided meditation to bring a deeper sense of calm and connection to self. Meditation has countless benefits: reduced stress and anxiety, improved concentration and memory, boosts serotonin (the happy hormone), increased self-awareness and self-acceptance ... the list goes on.
