Stop Breathe Feel... A day of wellness & heart centered nourishment

Join JoJo Reger and Jenna Hill for a full day of self-care and renewal. 

We've designed this day to allow you to melt into a fully guided and supportive healing space. Your day will begin with an all-levels Vinyasa flow, followed by a catered lunch including healthy options and fresh juices. As the afternoon progresses, you will enjoy an immersive sound healing experience led by Stephanie Woods, followed by journaling and a mala-making workshop. As the sun sets, we will move into a powerful evening of meditation and pranayama, culminating in a restorative yoga practice to live music.
*All levels are warmly welcomed on this journey inward

Your day includes:
-Morning meditation and vinyasa flow(both classes will be co-taught by JoJo and Jenna)
-Catered lunch with fresh juices, coffee, teas and water 
- Sound Healing session with Stephanie Woods
-Mala making and journaling time
- Evening mediation and Pranayama 
-Restorative yoga with live music
