Workshops

Maybe you attend yoga classes regularly, or maybe you’re new to the practice. Maybe you want to step it up a notch, or you’re just trying to figure it all out. Workshops can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a typical class. The possibilities are endless, but they all have one thing in common: a shift of awareness to dive deeper into yourself and your practice.

Free Your Spine Boston Yoga Workshop

Free Your Spine

A workshop designed to release tension in your shoulders, neck, and upper back

This workshop is designed to help you ditch those upper body aches and pains.  You will learn to unlock your shoulders, soften through all sides of your neck and find more freedom in your upper back and chest. By incorporating longer holds, mindful pranayama, warming asana, and some powerfully passive yin- you will relieve tension and restrictions in the upper allowing for strength & length in your shoulders, chest, neck, and back.

Love Your Lower Back Boston Yoga Workshop

love your lower back

A workshop designed to nourish your lower back and hips

In today’s world, many of us either sit for extended periods of time or perform repetitive motions that create weakness, pain, tension, and tightness in the lower back. During this workshop, you will be guided through a series of yoga postures that will help align your hips and lower back to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the back, abdominal muscles, hip flexors, and psoas.

Full Body Boston Yoga Workshop

Full Body Pranam

Pranam is a respectful salutation or greeting before something or someone deeply respected. In this class, we will bow to our own physical ability as we experience a full-body offering of meditation, pranayama, flow, and restorative yoga.

We will come to our mats with open hearts and begin by grounding ourselves into the present moment using the power of our own breath. As we loosen and strengthen our muscles through the sacred asanas and restorative positions, we move towards a guided meditation that will bring peace and stillness back into our bodies.
