If you are trying to rehab an injury, personalized sessions are the safest way to ensure healing for your unique issue. Or perhaps you’d simply like to feel better in your body and mind with customized guided classes and meditation.

Small group sessions are great for friends, roommates, or significant others who would like to work out together. It can be a great way to celebrate your birthday, a bridal shower/bachelorette party, or to get a group of friends together.
