Loving Kindness Meditation

This meditation uses words, images, and feelings to evoke a lovingkindness and friendliness toward oneself and others.

With each recitation of the phrases, we are expressing an intention, planting the seeds of loving wishes over and over in our heart.

With love and kindness comes self-compassion, increased focus and attention, and a deep sense of emotional strength that balance our thoughts and actions.

This meditation can be done seated or laying down, what ever shape is most comfortable to you.

Great for beginners and all levels.

***This is a 15-min guided meditation. You are welcome to sit as long as you need.
