A workshop designed to nourish your lower back and hips
In today’s world, many of us either sit for extended periods of time or perform repetitive motions that create weakness, pain, tension, and tightness in the lower back. During this workshop, you will be guided through a series of yoga postures that will help align your hips and lower back to create a balance of strength and flexibility in the back, abdominal muscles, hip flexors, and psoas.
This workshop is limited to 10 students and can be taken as a single session or bundled with Free Your Spine on 11/14.
Cost: $35 single session or $55 series
